  • Who can sell on TRADEprivé?
    They can sell independent brands from all over the world, whose production respects our standards of quality of materials and ethical production. The sectors are fashion, men's, women's and children's, home, beauty and wellness and pet accessories. Since the brands are grouped by wholesale price ranges, we have a wide choice of catalogs that also include the luxury range.
  • How to sell on TRADEprivé?
    It's very simple. Simply register to receive instructions from our team for sending the data and materials necessary to compile the profile, catalogs and price lists and photographs/videos of the products. Once everything has been received, our team will take care of creating the seller profile and publishing the catalog and price list. Multiple catalogs can be loaded e.g. discounted ones from past collections, catalogs of collections in outlets or available in white labels. We recommend catalogs in English but if they are not available, the e-commerce section, exclusively in English, will make up for this lack.
  • How to receive an order?
    The order is issued through the e-commerce section. The retailer can contact our team if they need more information from the brand about its products. Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the order will be sent to the brand.
  • Order processing
    After collection, our team will confirm to the brand the ok to the production or shipping if the purchased items are already in stock. Once production is complete, TRADEPrivè will be notified of the shipping details and time, for confirmation to the buyer. The brand will collect on delivery and acceptance by the store, which will have 6 days to confirm or claim. After this time, TRADEprivè will automatically credit the brand net of our 20% percentage and will issue an invoice to the store.
  • Shipping
    The shipping cost, like any customs duties, is charged to the dealer unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of order. Customs clearance will be handled by our team in partnership with our courier. Details of packages, pick-up details and/or documents for customs clearance must be provided by the brand
  • Billing
    Invoicing takes place through TRADEprivé which issues an invoice to the brand for the commission. The brand will issue invoice to TRADEprivè for the amount of the order net of the commission and the logistic costs. Billing will be offline from the platform.
  • How much does it cost to sell
    To sell on TRADEprivé there are no fixed costs and no fees. Our revenue will be the mark-up that we will apply to the wholesale cost of the brand based on the market. To the brand it will always be recognized the wholesale price communicated on its catalog.
