For Retailers
For Brands
- 01We are a digital wholesale platform dedicated to independent retailers, designed to enable them to easily and securely purchase independent productions operating in the categories: Women, Men, Children, Home, Beauty and Pets. On TRADEprivé, brands are organized by wholesale price range to ensure everyone is positioned correctly. For each brand we publish its profile, brand identity and catalog. We manage online orders, payments, and deliveries. No fixed costs.
- 02For each brand, our team creates a showcase where the catalog of its collection and a short profile can be published. The catalog can be browsed and/or downloaded directly. The shop window is associated with an e-commerce section where the products in the catalog are uploaded and through which it is possible to issue purchase orders. Each payment is credited to the brand only upon delivery of the order. For deliveries and customs clearance we use our courier partners.
- 03TRADEprivè select independent brands of quality in the use of materials, production sustainability, ethics and creative innovation. We aim to have a wide portfolio of interesting brands ranging from the cheapest to the most luxurious, but always guaranteeing overall quality and transparency on the production chain. - 04All purchase orders are placed online through the platform. The amount is collected by TRADEprivè, which credits it to the manufacturer only after delivery has been made and accepted by the retailer. The invoice will be issued by TRADEprivè to the retailer in order to make purchasing between different countries and tax systems more efficient. All orders placed by the retailer via the platform will be approved by the brand, which will confirm prices and any discounts. Only then will payment be made by bank transfer. If the delivery does not comply with the order, the retailer has 6 days to file a complaint and block payment pending verification by our support team.

- 06Our goal is to grow and work with quality independent brands and stores around the world. We will offer them a multilingual platform and support for all multi-currency payment and customs clearance transactions. Our reference market is the world market, but in this first phase we are operating in the member countries of the European Community to which are added the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and San Marino.
- 07There are no fixed costs for selling or buying on TRADEprivé, only a percentage of the wholesale value of the order. A 10% commission is added to the wholesale quote of the order to the brand with total transparency. The brand is charged a commission of 10% at the time of credit. We are the only platform that divides the cost of our service between brands and retailers, which also includes the uploading of materials at no cost to either party.
- 08We chose this name because we believe that the success of a good business is the 'private' one. Each negotiation is unique and takes place through a 'private' relationship between two parties, even if online. We do not want to be a 100% digital platform but a marketplace where the human factor makes the difference and contributes to a successful commercial agreement. Our team is available to brands and retailers in our circuit because behind a successful platform there is always a team made up of capable people.
