On TRADEprivé, select the category you are interested in, choose your budget, and access our brand catalog.
Discover their collections, their history, their know-how, and their values. You can browse the catalog or download it.
To place your order, simply go to the e-commerce section (PLACE YOUR ORDER), select the products you are interested in, and confirm.
Payment will only be made after the brand has approved your order.

We only work with independent brands because we believe in more ethical production, we want to safeguard craftsmanship and grow local entrepreneurship. We carefully and accurately select the brands we include in our catalog to offer quality trade to retailers around the world.
We offer service and support for the needs of each individual buyer.
We guarantee payment by collecting from the retailer and crediting the brand only after delivery. We manage deliveries and any customs activities to ensure a complete service.

SIGN UP
Registration is very quick and easy and allows you to view our brands' profiles and access their catalogs and products.
Please note that TRADEprivè is a B2B platform, so only VAT number holders can proceed with purchases.

CHOOSE BUDGET & CATEGORIES
To browse the catalogs and find what you are looking for more quickly, select the wholesale price range and category. All brands that meet these requirements will be displayed.
You can discover the brand profile, browse its catalog (VIEW THE CATALOGUE), and request a quote through the e-commerce section (PLACE YOUR ORDER).

PLACE YOUR ORDER
By activating the PLACE TO ORDER e-commerce section, you can select products and request a quote from the brand. The prices shown on the e-commerce site are provided by the brand and may be subject to slight changes (price list updates, discounts, or special promotions).
Once you have placed your order, you will need to wait to receive the final quote validated by the brand via email, including delivery times.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made by bank transfer and offline from the platform.
You will receive an email with the trademark quote, bank details for the transfer, instructions on how to proceed, and the contact details of our consultant for any questions.
Our commission of 10% of the wholesale value of the order and flat-rate shipping costs will be added to the trademark quote

DELIVERIES
We have set a flat rate for shipping: IT €25 and EX IT €35. The actual cost is calculated once the dimensions and weight of the packages are known (as communicated by the brand). If the cost exceeds the flat rate, the additional amount will be communicated to the shop, which will proceed with the payment via bank transfer. If the amount is lower, the difference will be refunded.
In the event of customs clearance, the cost will be assessed at the time of customs release of the order, based on the instructions of the relevant offices. In this case too, the amount will be communicated by email to the shop, which will make the payment by bank transfer. Customs clearance will be handled by our team, which will also take care of the documentation/tax aspects.

SERVICE COST
We do not apply fixed commissions for purchases made on our platform, but only a small percentage equal to 10% of the wholesale order value (excluding logistics costs). This amount will be calculated on the brand's final quote, with a specific cost item.
