TRADEprivè is a simple and secure platform for selling independent productions to retailers around the world. We are different from everyone else because we put the brand at the center.
It is very easy to publish on TRADEprivè: you send us your catalogue, the wholesale price list and our team takes care of creating the profile and publishing your collection.
We publish your catalogue to let buyers know your collections, your history, your know-how and your values. The order is made online thanks to the e-commerce section associated with each brand. You can choose a minimum order.
We receive the order from the buyer, collect the payment, pass the order to the brand and manage deliveries with our couriers

SIGN UP
Registration is very quick and easy and allows you to view our brands' profiles and access their catalogs and products.
Please note that TRADEprivè is a B2B platform, so only VAT number holders can proceed with purchases.

YOUR PROFILE
Our team will create your profile, publish your collection catalog, and upload your products to the e-commerce section.
The brand must send the collection catalog, preferably in English.
Product descriptions and images can be retrieved from the brand's e-commerce site. Otherwise, the brand will be responsible for sending them via email or WeTransfer, along with the wholesale price list.

RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
The order will be placed by the store through the e-commerce section integrated into the platform. Once received by our team, the order will be sent to the brand for approval or modification or application of any promotions.
This allows us to receive updated wholesale prices and allows the brand to add promotions based on volume or other reasons.

PAYMENT
Only once the quote has been approved will the store be able to proceed with payment via bank transfer. The amount will be credited to the brand only upon delivery. In certain cases, an advance payment may be made.
The invoice will always be issued between the retailer and TRADEprivé.

DELIVERIES
We have set a flat rate for shipping: IT €25 and EX IT €35). The actual cost is calculated once the dimensions and weight of the packages are known (as communicated by the brand). If the cost exceeds the flat rate, the additional amount will be communicated to the shop, which will proceed with the payment via bank transfer. If the amount is lower, the difference will be refunded.
In the event of customs clearance, the cost will be assessed at the time of customs release of the order, based on the instructions of the relevant offices. In this case too, the amount will be communicated by email to the shop, which will make the payment by bank transfer. Customs clearance will be handled by our team, which will also take care of the documentation/tax aspects

SERVICE COST
There are no fixed costs for selling on TRADEprivé, only a 10% commission retained when the brand is credited.
Compared to our competitors, this cost includes profile creation and product uploading without any charges to the brand.
